Recently moved to Toa Payoh from South Bridge Road, they joined the ranks of good zi char in Toa Payoh. Famous for their claypot mee tai mak, fried chicken in "special" sauce and fish head steamboat.
We followed the recommendations of other regular foodies and neither of the dish was average as they were more than good.
Toa Payoh has many zi char stalls and this considered one of the bests. I was blown away by their claypot mee tai mak as it 's creamy thick savoury goodness reminded me of the one I had in KL. Simple good execution of the basic zi char dishes.
